Customers E-Mail/Delivery/ Addresses/Telephone Numbers/ Will Not Be Distributed To A Third Party.

All Orders Are Despatched As Quick As, Practically, Possible. Except Weekends, Within The UK, 95% Of Orders Reach Their Destination Next Day,

If In Any Event Your Purchase Doesn't Arrive Within 7 Working Days, Within The UK, 14 Days Overseas, Please Notify Us.

Non Delivery Of An Order Is Our Responsibilty, Lost In The Post And Not Signed For, A Replacement Will Despatched After A Period Of Not More Then 21 Days, (UK Only), Unless, Fraud Is Suspected, The Carrier Has Industrial Action Or Any Other Reason For Delaying Delivery.

Non Delivery Of An Order, Out Of The UK, Is Our Responsibilty, Lost In Post Will Be Subject To The Responsible Shipping Company's Policy And Will Be settled In Accordance Of Their Terms.

Goods Damaged In Transit Is Our Responsibilty, Subject To A Royal Mail Or Courier Report, Return Of Goods, Will Be Replaced.

A Product Faulty On Delivery Will Be Replaced Or Refund Offered Subject To Our Terms Set Out Below:

Leads, Packaging, Software, are returned in orginal condition.

Unapit Ltd is informed of any defects within 3 days from receipt of goods.

The Product Hasn't Been Tampered With.

Wrongly Used, Inappropriate Power Supply, Purposley Damaged, Faulty Or Wrong Equipment Used In Conjunction With Product, Neglect, Damaged By Foreign Substance.

The Goods May Be Returned To The Manufactuer To Determine Cause Of The Fault.

Goods Faulty Within Manufactuer's Period Of Guarantee Will Be Returned To Them And Treated Within Their Terms And Conditions Of Warranty, Any Additional Costs Will Be The Customers Responsibility.

Returned Goods, Damaged In Transit, Non Delivery, Are The Sender's Responsibilty.

Products Returned As Faulty That Aren't Will Be Subject To A Surcharge Based On Shipping, Merchant, And Administration, Costs.

Products Purchased In Error Could Be Subject To A Surcharge Based On Shipping, Merchant, And Administration, Costs.

Under No Circumstances Will A Refund For Smart Cards Be Offered Unless They're Faulty And We're Unable To Replace Them.
